Char Dham Yatra Tour Package

 

Day01: Arrive at Delhi- Haridwar (No Meals)

Arrive in New Delhi, and we'll drive to Haridwar. On arrival, check in to your hotel. In the evening, proceed to Har Ki Pauri to enjoy Ganga Aarti on the banks of the Ganges. Overnight stay at Haridwar.

 

Day02: Haridwar- Barkot(205km)(8hr)(B/D)

This morning, depart for Barkot, located at the foot of Yamunotri. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel/camp. The rest of the day is free to relax and store your energy for the Pahad (hiII) Yatra of Yamunotri the next day. Dinner and overnight stay at Barkot.

 

Day03: Barkot/Kharsali- Yamunotri(45km)(2hr)(5km Start Trek/ 5km Start Trek)- Barkot/       Kharsali(5km start Trek)(45km)(2hr)(B/D)

After breakfast/packed breakfast, depart at 5/6am for Hanumanchatti (40 km) and Janki Chatti (5 km). There, you will begin the First Pahad Yatra of Yamunotri (a 5 km trek). You can hire a Doli or a horse for your trek (Cost Not Included). The trek passes through a lush green valley with a profusion of conifers, rhododendrons, cacti, and several species of Himalayan shrubs.

Yamunotri (altitude 3,291 m), the westernmost shrine of the Char Dhams, is dominated by Banderpunch (6,361 m).

Yamunotri is the source of the river Yamuna, the twin sister of Varna, the Lord of Death.   Muna is also the daughter of Surya the Sun.   e actual source of the river originates from Champasar Glacier 1 km a head of the shrine, at an altitude of 4,321 mts. Arrive by afternoon in Yamunotri, take a holy dip in the Yamuna River and perform Pooja, take the same route back to Barkot, and check in at the hotel/camp. Inner and Overnight stay at a hotel in Barkot.

 

Day04: Barkot- Uttarkashi(85km)(3hr)(B/D)

After breakfast, check out of the Barkot Hotel and drive to Uttarkashi. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. Uttarkashi is situated on the banks of the Bhagirathi River and is famous for its historical monuments, Temples, and ashrams. Dinner and overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

 

Day05: Uttarkashi- Ganganani- Gangotri(97km)(4hr)- Uttarkashi(97km)(3to4hr)

Early After breakfast/packed breakfast and drive to Gangotri. Nestled in the magnificent Garhwal Himalayas, Gangotri is set at a048 mts. On arrival at Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges, also called Bhagirathi, at its origin. Visit the Gangotri Temple.   e 18th-century temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga is located near a sacred stone where King Bhagirathi worshipped Lord Shiva. Nga is believed to have touched earth at this spot.   e temple is an exquisite 20 ft. high structure made of white granite. Ter is performing Pooja in the late afternoon drive back to Uttarkashi. Dinner & Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

 

Day06: Uttarkashi- Sitapur(203km)(9hr)(B/D)

After an early morning breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Sitapur. Dinner and Overnight stay in Guptkashi hotel/Camps.

 

Day07: Sitapur- Sonprayag- Kedarnath(30km+20km Trek)(B/D)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel early in the morning and drive to Sonprayag. Om, where you will start your 20 km trek to Kedarnath.   u can hire a Doli or a horse for your trek (Cost Not Included).   ndakini, one of the main tributaries of the Ganges, originates at Kedarnath and flows through Gaurikund. Trudging with you are pilgrims chanting "Jai Bholenath." Sometimes, the mist would envelop the mountains and slowly lift away, revealing a shiny, blinding-white peak threatening to rupture the skies.

On arrival, check in at the Government Camps/Lodges. Dinner and overnight at the Government camps/Lodges (only basic accommodation is available on a sharing basis with only a room; you can take meals directly).

 

Day08: Kedarnath- Sonprayag- Guptkashi(20km+30km Trek)(B/D)

Early in the morning, you get up before dawn, and after taking a bath, you are at the temple by 4:45 am for the 'Abhishek' to Kedarnath Shiva.   Everyone can go inside Garbha Griha and touch the idol. You can also prostrate with your head touching the deity, etc. You leave the temple and return to the Govt during darshan and puja. Camps / Lodges.   After, you'll start the return trek of 20 km from Kedarnath to Sonprayag. The vehicles will wait for you in Sonprayag Car Parking, and you'll drive to your hotel/Campsite. Dinner and Overnight at Guptkashi.

 

Day09: Guptkashi- Joshimath- Badrinath(200km)(7to8hr)(B/D)

You check out the hotel this morning and drive to Badrinath via Joshimath.   After driving through some wexcellentGhat road, you arrive at Badrinath (You must cross Govindghat before 5:30 pm). Arrival check into the hotel. After some rest and refreshments, you are all set to go to Badrinath Temple for darshan in the evening.   First, you must go to Tapt Kund (Hot Spring), bathe, and then go to the temple. Dictated to Lord Vishnu, the temple of Shri Badrinath Ji is 15 meters tall, built as a cone with a small cupola of a gilt bull and spire. Ter back to the hotel. Inner and Overnight stay at a hotel

 

Day10: Badrinath- Joshimath- Birahi/ Rudraprayag/ Srinagar(92km)(3hr)(165km)(5to6hr)(195km)(6to7hr)(B/D)

This morning, go for Badrinath darshan. Terdarshann returned to the hotel for breakfast and proceeded with Badrinath's local sightseeing visit to Mana Village and Bheem Pul. Afternoon driver back to Rudraprayag via Karanprayag. Rudraprayag is a small pilgrim town on the holy confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini—arrival and check-in at the hotel.   At Youe, you are free to explore Tudraprayag town. Inner and Overnight stay at the hotel.

 

Day11: Birahi/ Rudraprayag/ Srinagar- Rishikesh- Haridwar(230km)(7to8hr)(165km)(5to6hr)(135km)(4to5hr)(B/D)

Early in the morning, after breakfast, you drive downhill to Rishikesh, a spiritual city and the world's Yoga capital. Reaching Rishikesh, you'll do the sightseeing and visit Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula. In the evening, drive to Haridwar. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Inn and Overnight stay at the hotel.

 

Day12: Haridar-Delhi(225km)(5hr)(B)

Early in the morning, after breakfast, you drive downhill to Rishikesh, a spiritual city and the world's Yoga capital. Reaching Rishikesh, you'll do the Rishikesh sightseeing and visit Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula. Evening drive to Haridwar. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Inner and Overnight stay at the hotel.
