Day 1: Arrival and Drive to Gangtok
- Arrive in Bagdogra by noon.
- Drive to Gangtok, enjoying the scenic journey from the plains to the hills of Sikkim.
- Reach Sikkim by evening.
- Option to rest or explore MG Road.
- Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2: Trek to Tinjurey
- After breakfast, embark on an easy day trek in Fhambong Lho Wild Life Sanctuary.
- Trek through forests of Magnolia, Maple, Bamboo, Pine, and Rhododendron.
- Chance to spot Red Panda, Deer, Leopard, and colorful birds.
- Return to Gangtok hotel in the evening.
- Leisure time in the evening.
Day 3: Gangtok Sightseeing
- Visit Tashi viewpoint for stunning views and photo opportunities.
- Explore Enchey monastery, Hanuman Tok, and try the ropeway.
- Visit Namgyal Institute of Tibetology.
- Explore Mahatma Gandhi Marg.
- Return to hotel in Gangtok for the night.
Day 4: Gangtok to Lachen
- Drive from Gangtok to Lachen village in North Sikkim (5 hours drive).
- Stop for lunch and viewpoints along the way, including Seven Sisters waterfall.
- Reach Lachen by evening.
- Dinner and overnight stay at Lachen.
- Note: North Sikkim tour subject to weather conditions.
Day 5: Gurudongmar Lake
- Early morning drive to Gurudongmar Lake (17,300 feet).
- Stop at Thangu Lachen for tea and light breakfast.
- Visit Gurudongmar Lake, believed to be meditated upon by Guru Padmasambhawa.
- Return to Lachen for lunch.
- Drive to Lachung valley and overnight stay.
Day 6: Yumthang Valley
- Excursion to Yumthang valley and Shingba Rhododendron sanctuary.
- Visit Hot springs.
- Return to Lachung for lunch.
- Drive back to Gangtok and overnight stay.
Day 7: Nathula Pass
- Visit Nathula Pass, Indo-China border, Tsomgo lake, and Baba Mandir.
- Return to Gangtok for dinner and overnight stay.
- Note: Subject to permits, otherwise till Tsomgo Lake.
Day 8: Departure
- After breakfast, head to Bagdogra Airport.
- Return home with fond memories of Sikkim.
